FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The North Peace Museum needed a little bit of cleaning up after two people climbed over the fence onto the property last night.

Councillor Larry Evans says he got a call after the alarm was set off by people throwing flower pots at the windows.

Evans says a couple of ladies were in front of the museum and then one of them took a planter and threw it at the door and set the alarm off.

He says there wasn’t any major damage to the property and nothing was stolen. The RCMP arrested one of the women, he says he wasn’t sure about the other.

The City is reminding everyone to be vigilant and if you see anyone ever damaging property to call 911.
