FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Darlene Thomas and Alicia Calder are organizing a walk, jog, wheel event at the Pomeroy walking track in an effort to raise $5000 for Hope Air on July 23rd.
Last year, 638 Fort St. John residents received flights for medical care. The goal of $5000 will give another 20 flights to those who need it the most.
This is the 4th year for the event and for those that participate, Hope Air is a recognized charity and any donations over $10 will receive a receipt.
