UPDATE: The overdue camper has been located safe by police.

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. – RCMP yesterday received a report of a overdue camper who has not been seen since July 1st. Police are asking for the public’s help.

Robert Allen Andrist, 52 year-old resident of Prince George, is said to have left by himself on July 1st. Police say that he left in a Black 1992 Toyota 4Runner with BC license plate CW21TF.

Andrist has not been home, and he didn’t show up to work this week as scheduled.

Police are not sure where exactly he was headed, but there were some indications that he may be going to the Seebach Forest Service Road area or possibly to Pass Lake or Otter Lake.
