CHETWYND, B.C. – Drivebc.ca reports that Highway 29 is closed 13 km south of Chetwynd due to a washout. As of 9 p.m. Wednesday, there is only one way into Tumbler Ridge through Highway 52 south.
Highway 52 between Tumbler Ridge and Arras has been closed since late Wednesday afternoon due to flooding.
There is no estimate on when Highway 29 or Highway 52 North will be open. Both incidents are currently under assessment.
Highway 29 Both directions
