GRANDE PRAIRIE, A.B. – The RCMP are investigating a hit and run that resulted in a second barbershop in Grande Prairie being struck by a vehicle.
On Wednesday June 15th at approximately 6:00 AM, police received a report of a hit and run collision on 100th Avenue near 100th Street. A grey GMC Sierra pickup truck drove onto the curb, striking a parking metre before driving into the front glass windows of Bello Stylez Barber Shop. An unidentified man was seen fleeing the area on foot following the collision.
The investigation revealed that the vehicle involved was reported stolen from the Grande Prairie area back in May.
