UPDATE: Shawna Noskiye has been located safe and unharmed.

GRANDE PRAIRIE, A.B.: Police in Grande Prairie are asking for the public’s help to find a missing 15 year-old girl.

15 year-old Shawna Noskiye was reported missing by a family member on Sunday, June 13th. She was last seen on Saturday, June 12th at approximately 5 p.m., near the Grande Prairie Public Library. It is possible that she may be in the Beaverlodge area.

Noskiye is described as: First Nation, 5’4” tall, weighing 130 lbs. with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a black sweater, white long sleeve shirt, black tank top with black leggings and black shoes with a red trim.

Police are asking anyone who knows of Noskiye’s whereabouts or has recently been in contact with her to contact the Grande Prairie RCMP Detachment at 780-830-5701 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
