FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Denny Poole has been missing since March 12th of this year when he and a friend were trying to jog down to Fort St. John to meet a girl they had met on Facebook. He hasn’t been seen since and no one has come forward with any information.
Alisha Poole, Denny’s sister, is looking to raise funds to offer a reward to find her missing brother, who missed his 15th birthday.
“Money talks and maybe, just maybe, if someone sees that there something in it for them, that they may come forward.” Poole said.
Alisha isn’t giving up hope, raising funds through a crowdfunding site. She hopes this will help someone come forward with his whereabouts or what happened to him. She says the last time he was seen, there was a storm that could have made him harder to see.
“The same time he was last seen there was a big snow storm that blew in and maybe. no one saw him walking on the side of the road or maybe he got distracted or disoriented, maybe someone took him away but either way he needs to be found. He missed his 15 the birthday. I don’t know were he is or what happened to my baby brother, but someone out there does know and needs to come forward. Please out there somewhere is a 15 year old boy lost somewhere. He is a good boy, had a temper but had a very big heart if you needed help.”
Poole wants Denny to know they just want him home safely, no matter where he is or what happened.
“Denny, if you ever get to read this just know we love you and we miss you and we won’t ever stop. Please if you read this call or if your the person that knows were he is please come forward or tell us what happened to him. Poole’s are together to find Denny. He is lost but will never be forgotten.”
RCMP still have an active file open on the case and are asking anyone that has any information on Denny’s whereabouts or what happened to him, to call Dawson Creek RCMP at (250) 784-3700 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
