FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Several Fort St John Mounties swapped their Red Serge for a McDonald’s apron last Wednesday to help raise money on McHappy Day.

Members of the RCMP were on hand on May 4th to help McDonald’s collect donations for the local Child Development Centre and the Ronald McDonald Houses of B.C. In a release, Cst. T. Williams with the Fort St. John detachment said that “Being able to participate in McHappy Day was an opportunity to give back to the community of Fort St John and was very enjoyable. A big thank you goes out to all those who donated this year.”
