FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — The Rotary Run for this year has been postponed, due to poor air quality.

“It is too soon to be able to announce a date but we will work with everyone to figure that out,” a post on the event’s Facebook page read.

“Our biggest concern is to the families affected and we hope everyone is safe.”

The page says everyone that registered will receive an email, and they will do their best to respond to questions. But, they hope participants understand that some organizers of the event are in the evacuation alert areas — so responses could be delayed.
