FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — The Fort St. John fire department extinguished a truck that caught fire at the Valiant Oilfield Hauling yard this afternoon, just after 2:30 p.m.

Deputy Fire Chief Darrell Blades says the fire took about half an hour to take out, and no one was harmed by the blaze.

He says it was possibly an electrical fire, but an investigation is still ongoing to determine the cause.
