The Dawson Creek RCMP have once again arrested the man accused of robbing the George Dawson Inn Liquor store in August.

On Saturday, the RCMP responded to a disturbance in the 1500 block of 114 avenue. Upon arrival, the RCMP discovered Terry Loder had fled the scene and could not be located. On Sunday, the RCMP loaded Loder in Rotary Park where he was arrested for a number of breach charges as well as criminal harassment and uttering threats.

Loder was arrested in September and charged with robbery of the George Dawson Inn Liquor store in August. Loder had been released on an undertaking with strict conditions as a result of the armed robbery.

With this latest incident, he has now been remanded in custody on the new charges and will appear in court Monday.
