The next Fort St. John and District Chamber of Commerce luncheon will be held on Tuesday. Speaking at the event will be the Fort St. John Association for Community Living as the focus will be on the benefits of an inclusive workplace.

A number of points will be discussed including how to access the untapped labour market for ready, willing, and able employees, the business benefits of diverse and inclusive companies, and examples on how to start the process of inclusion.

Speaking to the Chamber will be Kathleen Moir, an employment strategist with Inclusion BC, and Sheri Ashdown, the employment coordinator for the Fort St. John Association for Community Living.
