Grande Prairie RCMP are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect in an armed robbery.

On Saturday night, at 10:35 pm, Grande Prairie RCMP responded to a report of an armed robbery at the Igloo Inn.

One man armed with a small revolver style firearm entered the building, and approached the receptionist demanding money.

The male is described as wearing a camouflage jacket with a large hood pulled over his head, with a black face mask, camouflage gloves, and jeans.

The suspect fled in an older model, extended cab, blue truck with grey or silver rocker panels – it appears to have a push bar on the front.

No injuries were reported in the incident.
