MONTREAL — Toronto police have confirmed the arrest in Montreal of a man wanted in connection with a 2012 murder.
They say Max Tutiven was arrested this morning.Â
Montreal police spokesman Andre Leclerc says there was a Canada-wide arrest warrant for the man.
Leclerc says investigators had information that Tutiven may have been in a home in the city’s east end.
He says police were about to get a warrant to enter the building, but that he surrendered before they obtained it.
