Grande Prairie RCMP investigating two stabbings

RCMP Grande Prairie are investigating two stabbings that occurred in the city.

On Thursday, July 30th at approximately 8:00 p.m., RCMP were called to the Westgate shopping district after a male was witnessed bleeding severely from the arm. The 25 year-old Grande Prairie male was transported to hospital with non life threatening injuries. There are currently no suspects.

Also at almost the same time, RCMP were called to the Muskoseepi trails after a male was bleeding from a stab wound following an altercation with two other males. The 26 year-old male from Lloydminster, Saskatchewan was transported to hospital with non life threatening injuries.

The two male suspects are described as:
Native, approximately 40 years old and wearing jeans
Caucasian, early 20’s and wearing jeans
