Dawson Creek RCMP are asking the public for more information after a robbery last Sunday.

Police responded to a vehicle that had been located by Caribou Road Services – the vehicle had allegedly been stolen from their yard on Triangle Road.

About 800 litres of diesel fuel have been stolen from the yard and it is also believed that two rolls of fibre optic cable were taken, too.

Once police receive video surveillance from the yard, images of the suspects will be forwarded to the public. The suspects left behind tracks in the yard, which indicate that a skid steer tractor may have been used in the robbery.

Anyone with more information about this crime is asked the Dawson Creek RCMP – or contact Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477 to remain anonymous.
