WorkBC will be hosting an event this weekend that is aimed at helping steer young people into the right career path.

The event will connect people with WorkBC’s labour-market information, tools and services as well as aim to better educate citizens about various jobs across the province. Event-goers will also get the chance to participate in hands-on activities related to the event.

WorkBC also invites parents, teachers and career counsellors to the event, noting that it’s a valuable way to help educate and support youth in their career exploration.

The event will run from August 6 to August 9 between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Dawson Creek Exhibition and Stampede.
