Northern Rockies Seniors Society receiving nearly $45,000

The Northern Rockies Seniors Society is the beneficiary of $44,720 from the Enabling Accessibility Fund which aims to improve accessibility for Canadians with disabilities. The cash will be used for aiding citizens with disabilities access to various programs and services within Fort Nelson.

Specifically an exterior walkway will be built at Heritage Place, as will the installation of outdoor exercise equipment.

Overall the Enabling Accessibility Fund chips in with $15 million for various projects across the country.
