Grande Prairie RCMP is investigating two stabbings that both occurred yesterday evening at 8 p.m. In the cases both victims were transported to hospital with non life threatening injuries.

In the first incident RCMP were called to the Westgate shopping shopping district after a male was seen to be bleeding profusely from his arm. The 25 year old was taken to hospital. There are currently no suspects in the case.

The second incident had RCMP dispatched to the Muskoseepi trails after a male was injured from a stab would involving two other males. The 26 year year old victim is from Lloydminster, Saskatchewan.

The suspects in the attack are described as Native in appearance, approximately 40 years old and wearing jeans, as well as a Caucasian male, approximately 20 years old, and wearing jeans.
