Pembina Pipeline will be having an open house on June 9 from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. at the Pomeroy Hotel and Conference Centre so the public can inform themselves on the company’s plans to extend their existing infrastructure in the region. The Northeast British Columbia Expansion Project proposes a 160 kilometre pipeline that would run parallel to Pembina’s existing pipeline from Taylor to the Blair Creek area.
The pipeline would carry condensate and natural gas liquids, and would transport 75,000 barrels a day.
More information on the project will be provided at the meeting. There will also be light snacks and refreshments.
