The silver 18-foot Duckworth Pro 302 jet boat was stolen last night, Monday May 4 at around 10:00 p.m., from the driveway of a residence in the North Anneofield area of Fort St. John.
The boat should hold the identification number MT1061AN, and after it was stolen, it was last seen attached to a black trailer with the licence plate UPB92Y.
“The unknown suspect(s) removed the vessel by attaching it to a dark coloured pickup truck which they fled in,” Fort St. John RCMP Cst. Ian Keeney writes of the ongoing investigation .
The jet boat may also have with it a cover with a large rip in the front near the windshield.
Police are hoping the public can assist with identifying any witnesses, the suspect(s), the suspect vehicle, or any information related to the whereabouts of the stolen property.
