The NWJHL season may be officially in the books come Tuesday night. The North Peace Navigators will have an opportunity for another league title as they’re up 3-0 in their series against the Fairview Flyers.
While the series may be 3-0 it’s been a close one on the scoreboard. After taking game one 3-2, game two went the Navigators way 4-3 in overtime, and they followed that up with a 3-1 victory on Saturday night in Fairview.
Game four goes down at 8 p.m. in Fairview once again.
Regardless of the outcome in the series, both clubs have earned spots for this year’s Alberta Junior B provincials in Stony Plain.
