Grande Prairie RCMP search for missing teenage girl

Shelby-Lyn Page MacKinnon was last seen by a family member on March 12, 2015 at approximately 9:00 a.m. when she left her house heading for school. Since then, she has not returned home or made contact with her parents.

Police say there’s nothing indicating MacKinnon’s disappearance to be suspicious, however there’s “general concern for her well-being.”

MacKinnon is described as a Caucasian female, 5’6’ tall, 135 lbs, with blue/green eyes and sholder length brown hair – sometimes worn in a ponytail. She has braces and a piercing on her nose, last seen wearing blue jeans and a hoodie.

Anyone who has seen, spoken, or know the whereabouts of MacKinnon is asked to call the Grande Prairie RCMP at 780 830 5701. If you wish to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1 800 222 8477
