The group says the support received by residents of Fort St. John to-date has been immense, and is now asking for additional support in turning Richard’s next dream into a reality.

Donations are now being accepted, and the group is ensuring every dollar received will stay directly in Fort St. John and go towards the support of its members.

Richards says services available to brain injury survivors of the Peace need to increase dramatically.

You can contact Richards directly at 250 329 9738 if you’re interested in donating.

The group is also inviting survivors, their family members, and anyone else interested in learning more about brain injuries to their one year anniversary potluck dinner.

The potluck is being held on March 3, 2015, beginning at 6:00 p.m., inside the Child Development Centre’s gym – located on 10417 106 Avenue.

The Fort St. John Brain Injury Support Group meets on the first and third Tuesday of every month, 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 pm., at the Child Development Centre.
