Pro-Med Ambulance is one of five nominees in the Best Company category. They’ll be going head-to-head with businesses based out of Kelowna, Vancouver, Whistler and Port Moody in this province-wide competition.

Nominated businesses that were successful in rallying the support of their community and gathered the most votes made it through to the top 10, announced in December of 2014.

“Small Business B.C. is proud to acknowledge the exceptionally talented, creative and passionate entrepreneurs in our province,” CEO of Small Business B.C. George Hunter writes  “The SBBC Awards provide a platform to showcase the impact that small businesses are having on their communities and the contributions they’re making to the economy and to celebrate the dedicated entrepreneurs who built them.”

This year was the biggest yet for the competition with over 460 nominations received from 70 communities across the province.

Winners will be announced on February 26, 2015 at the Small Business B.C. Award Ceremony at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Vancouver – anticipated to packed with 500 small business owners, government representatives and other key influential business representatives.
