“Local groups, Northern Dance Theatre Society and the North Peace Senior Secondary Prom Committee will come around and pick-up trees between 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.,” Recreation Programmer Sonya Wiebe writes.
City residents are asked to place their Christmas tree on the curb before 9:00 am, and are also being asked to remove all decorations, tinsels and plastic tree bags.
“Residents may also drop off their Christmas trees anytime during the holidays at the city’s Snow Removal Dump Site, which is located at 79 Avenue and 93 Street,” Wiebe concludes.
The Snow Removal Dump Site is beside DGS Astro Paving.
