Police had recommended two charges of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, two charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, and ten charges of breaching his recognizance. Last Friday he was found guilty on one count of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance, and two counts of Failing to Comply with a Recognizance.

He was sentenced to 18 months probation, a fine of $350, and 84 days of time served in jail.
