In a release committee chair Dan Ashton said, “The consultations provide a very good opportunity for British Columbians to
provide their input into the budget-making process,” said committee chair Dan Ashton. “The committee will give careful consideration to all of the submissions and issue a report to the Legislative Assembly in November containing recommendations for Budget 2015.”

In all 17 sessions will be held in various parts of the province. Those unable to attend are encouraged to send a written submission, send an audio or video file, or complete an online survey.
