Anthony was found guilty of sexually assaulting a 36-year-old female client in the months of January – April  2010.
RCMP believed at the time of their investigation the assault was ongoing and charged him with one global sexual assault charge, encompassing all of the alleged incidents.
The assault wasn’t reported to RCMP until September 2010. A lengthy investigation was conducted and led to Anthony’s arrest in Fort St. John on September 14, 2011.
Throughout his career he practiced in Fort St. John, Dawson Creek, Williams Lake, and Prince George.
