Fort St. John man arrested for third time in eight weeks

Acko most recently arrested on February 1 when members of the Fort St. John RCMP did a curfew check and found he was not at his home. At the time he was located he was found to be breaching three conditions of his previous recognizance.

Acko is being held in custody until today when he is schedule to make an appearance in front of a judge.

His previous charges include multiple counts of Possesstion for the Purpose of Trafficking in Cocaine and Oxycontin and breaches of his recognizance.
