Snowfall warning issued for B.C. Peace Region

Snowfall warning issued for:

   B.C. South Peace River, B.C. (087310) 
   B.C. North Peace River, B.C. (087320) 

 

Current details: 
The snow has eased in the North Columbia and as a result the snowfall warning is ended.

The Arctic front is once again moving southward over the Peace. This deepening cold air will combine with moist air from the Pacific and bring snow heavy at times to the region on Friday. Snowfall amounts of 10 to 15 cm can be expected on Fridaybefore the snow tapers to flurries Friday evening.
