Only minor injuries after pedestrians hit in Dawson Creek

The driver had a green light, but the pedestrians were crossing 15th Street and were struck by the pickup. They were both taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, and were later released after treatment.

Dawson Creek RCMP credits their minor injuries to the fact that the truck was travelling at a slow rate of speed when turning.

No information on whether any charges were laid has been released.
