The Joint Review Panel could instead ask B.C. Hydro to provide more information.
Members of the public, Aboriginal groups, and government agencies can submit written input on the Public Hearing Procedures, which explain how the public hearings will be conducted. They’re intended to ensure the hearings are “thorough, timely, and fair”.
The Public Hearing Procedures can be seen online at www.ceaa-acee.gc.ca , reference number 63919, or by clicking here. Written comments will be accepted until September 16, submitted to the either of the following addresses:
