Wildlife caretaker looking into South Peace raven paralysis

Despite efforts to rehabilitate them they all died. She’s also quoted as saying she has never seen anything like it in her 30 years of working with animals, claiming they almost looked like they were mummified.

In an attempt to solve the mystery, she sent bird carcasses to a lab in Abbotsford, and those are the aforementioned test results the Fish and Wildlife Branch wants before commenting. However, a spokesperson does say it is not believed there’s any risk to humans.
