B.C. natural gas bills to increase July 1, except for Fort Nelson

There’s no rate change in Fort Nelson and Vancouver Island, and Revelstoke residents will actually pay about $15 less a year because of a decrease in delivery rates.

Pobran says the July 1st increase is the first in nearly three years.
