It wasn’t a great start for Dreher who once again teed off from the 10th hole as she began her round with a bogey. She would however rebound nicely with a birdie a couple holes later to get back to even.

Dreher would bogey hole 18 just before the turn, and dropped another stroke on the second. The round had a positive ending however as birdies on two of the last four holes, on the sixth and ninth brought her back to even par.

Next weekend may be the biggest in Dreher’s young career as she’ll be in Southampton New York for the U.S. Women’s Open. Round one of the tournament gets underway on Thursday.
