Twin Peaks wins Vancouver Island Music Award

The pair of Naomi Shore and Lindsay Pratt beat out artists from Vancouver and Victoria, as well as Sean Hogan from Campbell River, who they opened for in Fort St. John last May.

Before getting on a plane on their way back to snowy Fort St. John, the band expressed their gratitude for all the support they receive from their hometown.

“We were so proud to represent the North Peace in Victoria and we hope to attend many more awards shows in the future,” says Pratt.

Twin Peaks released their first EP last summer, and plan to record their next album on one of their next tour stops. They’ve previously received recognition by making the top 10 of CBC Radio 3’s Tracks on Tracks contest and winning the 2012 Rockin’ the Peace competition.
