Fort Nelson male seriously injured in Oregon motorcycle crash

He reportedly lost control of the motorbike in the air and took a hard landing on the ground. Unable to walk, Lafleur was taken by ambulance to Bay Area Hospital with a possible back injury.

According to posts on his Facebook page, the former North Peace Secondary Student broke several ribs and other bones when he landed, including his femur. The force also pushed some of his broken bones into his spinal cord area. He has apparently gone through surgeries on his back and his femur, and is working on recovering.
