Dave Sloan selected as new School District 60 Superintendent

Sloan was appointed Assistant Superintendent in February 2011 and has worked for the school district for 24 years in many roles including Director of Instruction, Principal, Vice-Principal and teacher.

Board of Education Chair Jaret Thompson offers his congratulations on behalf of the board.

“We are very fortunate in our district to have many good people, which doesn’t always make the decision easy,” he argues. “We are confident Dave Sloan will continue to do a great job in the district, as he has for 24 years and we are excited to see what Dave, along with the rest of the district team accomplish over the next few years.”
