Blizzard Trophy to be awarded this Sunday

Pat Ferris came second at 29:38 and Dallas Morris third at 30:51. Roger St. Jean was right behind, coming in at 21:19, and Dawit Feyissa came in fifth at 32:28, after winning his first cycling race the week before. The time trial was rounded out with Richard Wood in sixth at 33:02, followed by Jolea Bilodeau at 33:43, Celeste Pakstas at 34:48 and Clint Warkentin at 48:22.

This Sunday Irvin Tang will be looking to defend his title as the most recent winner of the Blizzard Trophy. The trophy was introduced in 1983 and is given to the winner of the Blizzard 15 mile time trial. This year is the 30th time it has been raced, and this year it will be held on the Montney Highway circuit starting at 2 p.m. The Pheonix Trophy and a junior trophy are also up for grabs.
