Intoxicated female tries to rob Dawson Creek convenience store

When she couldn't produce any identification, she allegedly got upset and made her way behind the cashier's counter. There she threatened the cashier with violence, and stole several cigarette packages. She then announced she was going to rob the store, and attempted to get into the locked cash register.

Both the cashier and patrons in the store called 911, and were able to point the female out to police as she fled the store. She was arrested without incident, and is being held in custody before her court appearance in Dawson Creek today.
