Huskies taking on the JDA Kings in round two

The Huskies are coming off of a three game sweep over the Slave Lake Wolves, while the JDA Kings won three straight against the Sexsmith Vipers.

Fort St. John and Grande Prairie clashed five times during the regular season, as the JDA Kings swept the season series, outscoring the Huskies 33-13 in the process.

However, the playoffs have been a different story, as the scoring discrepancy is much smaller. The JDA Kings have scored 24 goals in three playoff games, while allowing 8, with the Huskies scoring 19 goals in their three games so far, allowing 9 against.

Game one takes place tomorrow evening in Grande Prairie and is scheduled to begin at 8:30 p.m. You can catch all the live action from the Coca-Cola Centre on 100.1 Moose FM, with the broadcast set to kick off at 8:15 p.m. with a 15 minute pre-game show.

Following game one on the road, the series shifts back to Fort St. John, where game two hits the ice of the North Peace Arena Saturday, March 2 at 8 p.m.
