The 2011 total, minus the $270.6 million dollar hospital permit, was $68.2 million, from 294 permits.
There was, however, a sharp drop in the year-over-year value for December, with last month’s total at only $1.6 million, as compared to nearly $5.4 million in the same month the previous year.
City revenue from the permits, also skewed by hospital construction, was down to $332,400 last year, as compared to $790,400, in 2011.
