Placing second in the race was Richard Howes, who completed the event only 17 seconds behind Hilderman, at 32:07.

Andrew Kovacs was right behind Howes for third place, crossing the finish line only a second later than Howes at 32:08.

Pat Ferris placed fourth at 33:46 and Matt Gilmore fifth at 34:00.

The evening also featured a shortened course, where Jolea Bilodeau took top honours with a time of 30:25.

Ty Haugan placed second on the abbreviated course at 31:37 and Nicki Haugan third at 31:38.

The Club will get right back on the bike Thursday for a Baldonnel time trial, then riders will head to Hudson’s Hope for the weekend, to race in the Terry Stone Memorial time trial.
