The girls put forth a dominating effort in the Provincial’s Division 3, which included 26 other teams, winning a gold medal with an impressive record of seven wins and zero losses.

In the Final match up, the ICE defeated the Rally from Taber, Alberta in two sets, thanks in large part to the ICE’s scorching serves.

Following the championship, ICE members Jamie Lee and Jessica Maclean were named All-Stars.

After returning home with championship status, the team’s next task will be running a Mother’s Day fundraiser, selling flower pots outside of Dairy Queen Friday, May 11.
