31 year old Andre Paul Dupas is a convicted drug dealer, who faced charges of second degree murder in the death of 28 year old Joshua James Lequiere. Lequiere died in hospital after being found by police in a pickup in an east end apartment parking lot at 6 a.m. on May 20, 2010. He had been stabbed several times.

28 year old Pamela Joy Moore was also charged with being an accessory after the fact in the case, after voluntarily surrendering to police the day after Lequiere’s murder.
