The event will include a variety of guest speakers, each with the goal of providing the opportunity to learn essential business knowledge important for reaching potential business goals.

This year’s event features two exciting keynote speakers. The first is former NHL player Theo Fleury, who will be sharing his successes and secrets for perseverance in his speech titled, “Don’t Quit Before the Miracle.” The second keynote speaker will be Terry McLeod, CEO of Fort St. John’s Kamber Nitrogen.

Both keynote speakers will be available for a 30 minute meet and greet following the conference’s closing remarks.

Some other topics to be discussed throughout the conference include the use of social media, the legal side of business and opportunities in Aboriginal tourism.

Despite the fact that the beginning portion of the conference is invitation only, organizers have decided that the messages of the two keynote speakers will be extremely beneficial, and as a result have decided to open the doors to the general public at 2 p.m., which is when the speakers will take to the stage.

Anyone interested in attending must register first, and seats are limited. Tickets are $25 and to register online, click here or call 250-785-1870.
