The event will be providing a wide array of entertainment, featuring singers, dancers and musicians from all around the globe, including locations such as India, Nigeria, the Philippines and many more.
Along with entertainment, attendees’ taste buds will also get to experience cuisine from across the globe, as the event will also include “Taste of Culture”, a dessert tasting featuring authentic dishes from Indonesia, the Philippines and the Caribbean.
Anyone interested is encouraged to join the Welcoming & Inclusive Communities & Workplaces program for the fun-filled event, which is free to attend.
The event will be taking place from 3-5 p.m. and tickets are available at the Lido either in advance or at the door during the event.
The celebration is family friendly, and will include an interactive afternoon of music, food and celebrating multiculturalism.
Organizers are also encouraging those in attendance to wear their traditional cultural clothing to celebrate the origins of their culture.
