Upon arrival, they discovered a water pipe had burst, and are now working to get rid of thousands of litres of water from the basement, to avoid electrocution. They also discovered a large amount of carbon monoxide, and are dealing with that.

A high number of fire trucks and firemen are on the scene due to severly cold temperatures, which Chief Fred Burrows explains is to provide shelter and opportunities to switch up workers.
