Songwriters’ Christmas concert raises over $1,000 for Dawson Creek Salvation Army food hampers

The event featured performances from several members of the songwriters’ association – including Bill and Linda Studley, Barb Munro, Ian Smith, Wayne Ezeard, Elaine Armagost, and Dori Braun – as well as pianist Andrew Ho, who played and sang some classic Christmas tunes, as well as some of their own music. The concert also featured the Salvation Army King’s Kids performing their blacklight hand mime show, and the Salvation Army God’s Gift, a choir of younger children.

Admission into the concert was by donation to the Dawson Creek Salvation Army Christmas Food Hamper Campaign, which seeks to provide food, clothing and gifts for children to families in need during the holiday season.
